Love my friends....

My good friend, S, is giving away some books. I got dibs on the below. While they're all old titles, I've just never gotten around to them. I'm pretty excited, and I love it whenever I can somehow take advantage of media mail rates!

Cha, Theresa Hak Kyung "Dictee"

Pound, Ezra "Selected Poems"

Wright, James "Above the River"

Alexie, Sherman "Reservation Blues"
Borges, Jorge Luis "The Book of Imaginary Beings"

Kingston, Maxine Hong "The Woman Warrior"

Kundera, Milan, "The Unbearable Lightness of Being"

Lahiri, Jhumpa "Interpreter of Maladies"

Here's a strange graphic I found (source)

Temp page!

www.hanaleihanalei.com has been updated! It's clean and connected to everywhere else I frequent.
Not so sure how "temporary" this layout will be, but I like it for now while I get the rest of it together! :)

Been M.I.A. because life is fantastic. Hope you've been well in the along...

More "personal" updates to come! You know, about my life and all that. :)

love,
hanalei!

Hanalei has also toured around the country as a performer and is the author of Foiled Stars, Letters to Martha, and the one-woman show, Guns and Tampons: A History of Violence Against Women I Know.
